Our Approach

Our unique approach to teaching music is to teach from the musicians perspective. We invest heavily in continued Vocal Pedagogical Education through The Institute of Vocal Advancement so that we can keep abreast of any new study or scientific discovery that helps us to help our students. While we may do things differently to some other studios our results speak for themselves. Using the basis for Vocal Education as set out by the Old Italian School of Singing, the Bela Cantorum, we teach healthy technique that has been achieving results since the 16th and 17th centuries. Teaching and learning music is a two way street. Building voices and music technique takes time and effort. The better you practice the quicker you will get results, the better your results will be.
