TEACHING
Becca Marie’s love of performing transformed into a love for teaching people to sing and perform so they too can experience the same joy she feels when she’s on the stage. Because of this love, she studied music at Brigham Young University ID and earned her first Certificate in Vocal Instruction at the Institute for Vocal Advancement. For the passed decade, she has loved teaching all ages and genres and has been privileged to work with and teach all types of singers from professional studio and live singers to small children developing their love for singing.
Along with Becca’s ability to train adult singers at all levels, she also has a huge love for teaching children and teens to reach their full potential while using positive and personalized teaching approaches. To become an expert on children, she studied Educational and Developmental Psychology at the University of Connecticut. Which lead her to be a Certified Teacher Educator and now educates voice teachers world wide on the subject of teaching children to sing. Becca has a true passion for music and singing. She believes all can benefit from finding enjoyment in their singing voice.
VOCAL TECHNIQUE
Becca has a true passion for teaching and is dedicated to her student’s success. She is a Certified Vocal Instructor in the Institute for Vocal Advancement whose goal “is to train voices to sing in a free and natural manner, smoothly, from the bottom of the range to the top with no breaks or sudden changes in quality.” She learns with vocal scientists and has the tools to fix and improve any problems a voice is having. You can tell a difference after just one lesson! This method of teaching has had a great impact on her as a singer and she wants all of her students to find this same comfort and confidence in their voices.

EXPERIENCE
Becca has enjoyed the stage and the thrill of entertaining since she was a child. She is from Las Vegas and has performed in countless productions and professionally on the Las Vegas Strip. She has studied voice and continues to study with famed Master Teachers Jeffrey Skouson, Seth Riggs, Spencer Welch and Greg Enriquez as she has done for the past decade.
She has received performance training from many different sources including professional Broadway Performers and Composers, Stylizing Coaches to the Stars, and many more.
She continues to perform professionally in Adele Tribute Shows, studio recordings including as a Lead Pop Vocalist and back-up vocals for bands like The Killers. Becca has:
- Worked with Stephen Sondheim, building the Student Version of Sweeney Todd with Musical Theatre International
- Worked with Marc Shaiman, writer of Hairspray
in the first international cast of Hairspray - Trained with Rent’s Anthony Rapp, Wicked’s Shoshana Bean
and Musical Director, Boco Suzuki. - Worked with Little Women’s, Danny Gurwin
- Works a lot in Regional Theatre in NY and in Las Vegas
