We’re really excited to welcome everybody back following the Christmas and New Year Break. We trust you’ve all had particularly musical Christmases! Term is back on the weeks starting 8th January (except Victoria (Piano) 15th Jan & Callum (Drums) 5th Feb).
School going Students –
A: Pay the term in full OR
B: Pay a deposit, followed by C: due by last week in January (see below)
For existing students we have already taken the liberty to appoint your classes so as to protect the time slot you had last term. You should have received Confirmation Emails confirming this. Please check your inbox. You just need to click the link for the purpose of paying the fees which are now due.
If you have not received a Confirmation Email there are two reasons this could have happened (1) the class has not been scheduled (contact us immediately) or (2) we have the wrong email address for you (contact us immediately). firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you prefer an alternative arrangement we offer the following;
The terms around Pay As You Go (PAYGo) for School going Students, are the same as any other PAYGo Student. This is a great option if you cannot commit each week. However please note that we cannot hold or guarantee an ongoing time slot for any PAYGo Student.
PAYGo Students should *Book their classes ONLINE (link) or ask your teacher to book the next class for you at the end of your last class.
If your Teacher makes the booking for you, you should pay immediately by clicking the indicated point A in the Confirmation Email (illustrated below) that you will receive once the booking has been made.
In each Confirmation Email sent out there is B a Back-Up Zoom link. This is to be used in the event a student cannot make it to the studio for their class. This will minimise students having to lose classes due to illness, traffic, etc.
