The Vocal Academy was established in 2013 as a singing school and has quickly built up a reputation as a professional, nurturing, student focussed school. We’ve added Piano, Guitar and Ukulele classes over time and these areas have helped establish The Vocal Academy as one of the best schools to learn your respective instrument in Leinster.

The Vocal Academy in Leixlip are looking for a Piano Teacher from 31st August 2022 to teach in the school on Thursdays and Fridays with a near full schedule on each day with potential for more teaching hours. With some flexibility on the hours???
Responsibilities
• Building and retaining Relationships
• Managing your lessons
• Being in good time for classes
• Maintaining a clean working space
• Dealing directly with students and parents of students
All applicants should be available to teach through Terms 1-3
Essential Requirements
• Relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching students from beginner to advanced skill levels.
• Experience teaching both adults and children.
• A student focussed philosophy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Grade Exams
• Motivated and responsible self-starter who is not afraid to demonstrate initiative.
• Disciplined time keeper and organiser.
Desirable
• Experience teaching vocal technique or another instrument.
• Experience in performing as well as teaching
• Experience of using a booking system e.g. Acuity
• Experience teaching both individuals and group classes.
