Before you attend…
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Pub Cór.
Preparation
The only ‘preparation’ you’ll need is to be familiar with the song. You don’t need to learn it off, just be familiar with the melody.
Just bring yourself (and a few friends!) You won’t need to bring anything along except maybe a few friends, and a few schekel’s for the bar, we’ll provide you with Lyric Sheets.
When you get here
We start at 8pm. So you can meet in the bar anytime ahead of 8pm, purchase your lubrication of choice and make your way in to us in the Hall from about 7:55pm. Check in and get your Lyric Sheet.
The Process
The Group will be split into three (Highs, Mids and Lows).
Highs, only because they are singing a line higher than the Mids and Lows. This does not mean particularly high.
Mids, otherwise known as “The Fence”. If you’re unsure, this might be a good place to start.
Lows, as a mixed group the lows will accommodate particularly low female singers as well as men who are terrified of their voice stretching to high or breaking.
Overall it’s better to have an even distribution of numbers between the groups.
If you start the evening in one Group, but feel that another group is more suited to you during the evening feel free to change group.
