We’d like to take a moment to recognise the incredible achievement of Sean Tobin on his scholarship to the world famous Tommy Emmanuel Guitar Workshop held annually in Nashville, TN. How? We’ll not only does Sean love his guitar, but Sean practices. In fact, Sean doesn’t even view practice as a work or a chore. Sean knows he’s not perfect and when Sean makes his mistakes or doesn’t know how to do something, (mostly by himself and sometimes with the help of David McDonald his guitar teacher) Sean goes and figures out how to do it. What Sean is really good at is working stuff out rather than the alternative shrugging of his shoulders, getting frustrated and giving up before he’s even started.
