Conor Dwyer (Band Jam)

Conor Dwyer is a songwriter, band leader and multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of experience in the music industry. He is also a graduate of BIMM Dublin, one of Ireland’s most prestigious and renowned music colleges that specialises in professionalism and excellence in all areas of music education.

While previously operating as a solo artist, Conor received two separate recording grants from the Kildare Arts Council, which culminated in the recording and release of his debut album ‘Bedhead’ in 2017. he is now the lead singer and rhythm guitarist in the BIMM alumni indie-rock band ‘Sleepy Days’, who remotely recorded and released their debut single “Devil on the Shelf” during the 2020 Covid-19 Lockdown. Post-Covid, the band has begun performing live in famous venues across Dublin, such as the Workman’s Cellar, to great acclaim.

Conor’s years of compositional arrangement and band-leading experience makes for a positive and safe group-learning environment that can help you take your first steps into performing live with others on stage.
