The Vocal Academy (Bobby) and Grassroots Fitness (Jarlath Hynes) have come together in what might seem an unusual collaboration.
This is a long term project and while we aim to endeavour to keep it entertaining the main purpose of the collaboration is that over time YOU the singer can see that learning to sing better, improving, getting to a goal is just the same as getting fit, running a 10k.
There is no magic formula!!
It takes time, dedication, motivation and practice.
In order to do this Bobby has submitted to Jarlath and Jarlath to Bobby. Physically Bobby has succumbed to the dreaded mid-life spread and with a spectacularly dynamic schedule to keep each week it will take some effort to reverse the trend.
On the other hand Jarlath, who’s own siblings have had relative success in contemporary music and the musical theatre worlds, has never sang in front of anybody before. In fact, singing is so far outside of his comfort zone, it would be closer for Jarlath to travel to the Moon than to a stage.
